Central High School Transforms Gymnasium Experience with Nevco Scoring and Video Display Upgrade

Nevco Sports announces the recent completion of a new comprehensive scoring and display upgrade at Central High School in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. The game-day technology improvements will deliver a modernized game-day environment designed to elevate school spirit, fan engagement, and athletic presentation.

The newly upgraded gymnasium combines advanced scoring technology, high-resolution video capabilities, and custom branding elements to create a dynamic experience for student-athletes, fans, and the surrounding community.

Anchoring the installation is a 3.9mm Full Color True Pixel LED Video Display measuring 6.56’H x 9.84’W. The high-resolution display delivers vibrant visuals and dynamic content capabilities designed to energize the game-day atmosphere through player graphics, live video, animations, sponsor recognition, and fan engagement features. School-branded signage prominently rests below the display.

Further enhancing the venue is a Nevco Model 2770 LED Scoreboard housed in a bold purple cabinet with yellow striping, reflecting Central High School’s school colors and identity. Featuring bright white LED digits and electronic team name displays, the scoreboard provides enhanced visibility, flexibility, and a polished professional appearance for all athletic events. Positioned beneath the scoreboard is a custom non-illuminated “National Bank” sign, highlighting the continued importance of community partnerships and local support within high school athletics.

Elevating the courtside is now a 10’ rear-lit scorer’s table featuring Central Tigers branding and mascot graphics across the front panel, adding both functionality and a clean, modern appearance courtside. Rounding out the upgrades is a set of SSC-7 Shot Clocks placed at each end of the court.

Collectively, the upgraded technology and branded elements provide Central High School with a unified, high-performance athletic environment built to enhance the overall experience for athletes, students, and spectators alike.
