The University of Tampa has recently enhanced its baseball facility with a new scoring and video display installation designed to elevate the fan experience and showcase Spartan pride. The centerpiece of the project is a vibrant 10mm Full Color LED Video Display, delivering crisp game statistics, live video, instant replays, sponsor recognition, and engaging game-day content. Above the display, a custom decorative arch truss creates a bold architectural statement, featuring the Spartans mascot logo prominently centered between custom “Tampa Spartans” lettering. Framing the bottom of the display is a custom non-illuminated sign bearing the name “Fred E. Pollock ’70 Scoreboard,” honoring a key contributor to the university’s athletic tradition. Together, these custom elements create an impressive focal point within the ballpark, providing a modern game-day experience while celebrating the history and spirit of University of Tampa baseball.
